The Sellers disclosure statement - Explained for sellers.

As of August 1st 2025 a property owner in Queensland cannot obtain a contract of sale for their property in without the Sellers Disclosure Form being prepared and completed prior.

***Currently as at 6/8/25 *** QCAT has buckled under the extreme volume of searches being thrust upon it with a possible 9 working day delay for properties where there are 2 title holders. Properties with 1 title holder should only take 1-2 days.
